Leads 2 Build is the operating system for post-frame and barndominium builders — lead, quote, sign, build, invoice, paid. It runs real companies today, each on its own branded workspace, and it was built inside working post-frame businesses rather than in front of a whiteboard.

We're a small, senior team backed by CYA, a registered British Columbia business systems development agency. That means short chains: the person who takes the support call is usually one desk from the person who writes the fix, and often the same person.

Ship to production, weekly
Not a demo branch. Real tenants, real money moving through it. That raises the bar on care, and it's the whole reason the work feels like it matters.

Talk to the builder
Everyone here has heard a customer describe the problem in their own words. If you'd rather work from a spec three hands removed from the user, this isn't the room.

Plain language, always
In the product, in the docs, on the security page, and with each other. We don't claim what we don't have — including certifications and including certainty.

Remote, Pacific-anchored
We're based in Surrey, British Columbia and work remote-first. Overlap with Pacific hours matters more than a postcode, because our customers are on job sites at 7 AM.
